Who We Are

About Phi Factor Farms

Our Journey from Abandoned Hatchery to Sustainable Innovation

Phi Factor Farms Inc is a research and development company located in Armstrong BC, that is repurposing an abandoned chicken hatchery and a 28 acre plot of unproductive land into regenerative agriculture model producing medicine, food and energy. Our first project is to transform the building into a full GMP facility that as a by-product of R&D will be biomanufacturing functional mushroom products at scale.

The cultivation of lions mane mushrooms/mycelium has been limited by the high cost of substrate materials and the lack of suitable growing environments. In light of this, Phi Factor Farms is proposing an new approach to the cultivation of mushrooms through the use of organic sorghum as a substrate.

Our mission is focused on innovative farming methods and techniques to provide practical solutions to the agricultural challenges of the modern age, while producing premium, medical grade, Canadian grown full spectrum mushroom products.
